I now really enjoy putting together agenda’s using incisive questions and I find that people come to meetings and brainstorms more prepared to use the time effectively – and think better. Although they might seem a bit obvious I never really used opening and closing rounds but I’ve also introduced these and it’s really helped, especially in more difficult meetings, to warm everyone up and ensure that everyone in the room has a voice.
